We specialize in complete new deck construction and full tear-down replacements in pressure-treated CedarTone or low-maintenance composite. We are not the right contractor for staining, sealing, resurfacing, railing-only work, or small repairs.
Do you handle permits and required inspections?
When a permit is required for our contracted scope, we coordinate the permit and required inspections with the applicable building department. We plan the structure around your municipality’s code requirements and carry covered work through required final inspection under our Passed Inspection Guarantee.

Complete deck projects generally begin around $15,000. Final pricing depends on size, height, demolition, access, structural requirements, stairs, materials, railing, permits, and the options you choose. We complete a site evaluation before we price the full scope responsibly.
Can I choose my decking, railing, and finishing touches?
Yes. The code-approved structure is the non-negotiable starting point. From there, we can show CedarTone or composite decking, railing styles, fascia, picture framing, lighting, and other relevant finish options separately so you control where the budget goes.
